I'm really burnt out right now. I'm behind on my readings for my lit class. We are on the final book right now, The Shining, but I still havent finished reading Dracula yet. So I have been a bunch of reading to try to keep up. I also have to start on my essay. It has already been extended twice. I plan on working on it tonight. Probably start before I go into work, or just work on it during my breaks. Which I don't get much of. We will see how it goes. I may have to watch a movie tonight after I get off work.
I just feel really tired (and hungry). I don't feel like I have a lot of energy. I need a break, but I don't feel like I can give myself one.
I think I'm slipping back into my depression.

Hey, hey, whoo. Whoo. Look over here. *does the "I'm watching you" stare*
Things will be okay. You have one more week that you have tough it out and then you can slack and be lazy (and then see me!).
We'll get you moved into the fall assignment and talk about boys and maybe get some cherry berry. It will all work out.
Being behind in school work sucks. Especially when you have to deal with being behind in readings. Just do what you can, when you can. I would finish The Shining because it seems like you're picking up a rhythm there. Then when that's done give yourself a little break. Relax, hang out with roommates, do something else. Then when your brain starts nagging you to get back at it, get back at it.
Just make sure you get your essay done. I know that's important.
Also, prioritize. If it comes down to it, do what must absolutely get done above all else.
And hey, I know the summer can be rough on us college students. I've been there twice now. But realize that things are going to get better and soon. Very soon. You'll be done with class in about a week. I'll be down to Tahlequah the day after that. We'll get you moved in. You'll have time (and space) to unpack before I get there for good. Then less than two weeks later I'll be down in Tahlequah for the Fall. It's hard for me not to let that feeling of depression creep up on me sometimes too, but sometimes you just need to power through. Do what has to be done and wallow in those feelings later.
We should plan something to do those couple of days after I move in and before school starts.
I know I'm feeling the pressure too and thinking about this stuff makes it better. So breathe, relax and do what'cha gotta do. It'll all be okay.
Loves ya!
Isabella
